AVAILABILITY AND ORDERING POLICY:
After your order is completed at the checkout, you will receive an automated email of your invoice. Please note this email may be located in your SPAM or JUNK box.
If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us at alohashells@live.com or send a message from here. We will try our best to accommodate your request to the best of our ability.
If any issues arise with your order, we will communicate with you immediately and work to resolve it.
SHIPPING TERMS
Each piece of jewelry is handcrafted to order. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for orders to be fulfilled and shipped.
* All items are shipped through the Canada Post worldwide.
* Choosing the first class mail or the priority mail when applicable does not expedite the processing of your order. It only means the actual method of shipping will be expedited.
* Aloha Shells is NOT responsible for lost or stolen package BOTH domestically or internationally.
* Aloha Shells is NOT responsible for any duty fees associated with customs at time of arrival to your country.
* International orders can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 3 weeks to arrive. Orders may take longer due to Customs hold ups. We are not responsible for any issues associated with Customs.
* For legal purposes, the value of your shipment is non-negotiable and must directly reflect the cost of the jewelry.
LOST ITEMS
AlohaShells is not responsible for items lost in the mail.
REPAIRS
AlohaShells is not responsible for repairs. Please handle your jewelry with care.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGE
Aloha Shells is handcrafted to order; therefore, we do not accept Returns or Exchanges. If there is a problem with your purchase when you receive it, please contact us immediately at alohashells@live.com or send a message from here.
We have NO REFUND POLICY and all sales are final.
